PETITION

WHEREAS:
The United States Marshals have been given an order from Judge Sarah Evans Barker to remove the congregation from the property of Indianapolis Baptist temple on 2711 South East Street, and

WHEREAS:
The local sheriff, IPD, and State Police have refused to support the U.S. Marshal who intends to physically remove the congregation from the church buildings, and

WHEREAS:
The removal of the IBT ministries from the city would cause irreparable and irreversible harm to the city,

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED DO:
petition the government of the city of Indianapolis, the County of Marion, the State of Indiana, and the U.S. Congress and courts to stop the eviction order of Judge Barker and stay the enforcement of the Judgment.
