The U.S. Supreme Court denied the IBT Petition for Certiorari leaving the Seventh Circuit decision in place. The Seventh Circuit said in short, "whatever IBT is, it still must pay the tax." This ruling is only valid in the Seventh Circuit. Other U. S. Circuit Courts may also have this issue put before them.

This is an end of religious liberty in America. The preachers have not awakened from the ether of materialism and prosperity. Tens of thousands of Churches conduct their ministries like IBT. The wicked powers that be will begin closing ministries around the country. There are many in the federal government that hates the Christian School.

This Supreme Court decision was not unexpected. We hoped it would be better but why should God give the Church freedom when unborn babies are not given the freedom to live?

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Religious organizations are taxable and now the Court has said the New Testament Church must pay taxes and come under control of the IRS. In 1983, the Court ruled that the IRS 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organizations are under the rule of the wicked in government.

Now the U. S. Supreme Court has refused to hear the IBT case while hearing a case concerning professional golfers being allowed to use a golf cart. To the Supreme Court, the issue of Religious Liberty is less important than professional golf. The problem is that the average Christian refuses to admit that the "freedom" in America is Religious Freedom communist style.

There are some checks to the over balanced U.S. Supreme Court. The founders of our nation could foresee Judicial Tyranny so they put the Congress of the people as a check to the Executive or Judicial abuse of power.

IBT is not conceding the battle. Nothing has changed in the resolve to stand by the Cross. IBT will be seeking God for a Congressional remedy. A simultaneous petition drive in 200 cities across the nation was launched on March 6, 2001.

IBT accepts the will of God. The U.S. Supreme Court did not do the will of God but IBT accepts the sovereign will of God. The Court had to deal with God and it rejected God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God's judgment will be on the U.S. Court. IBT mourns the death of Religious Liberty. This is a sad day. This day earmarks the death of religious freedom. 230 years ago, the Courageous American Patriots died for freedom. Six generations later their posterity allowed religious freedom to die. The question will be put before the Christian President and the Congress to see whether or not the "posterity" will bury Religious freedom. II Chronicles 7:14 is being put to the people. IF My People!
